Virtual Forest Therapy
Can’t join one of the in-person sessions? That’s okay, there are virtual sessions for you to enjoy instead! From the palm of your hand, you can join me on a calming and curious wander through the bush or a local park.
All you have to do is sit back, relax and come on the journey with me. You could also join from your backyard or local park and try the activities for yourself as we go along!
