Part of training to become a certified Forest Therapy guide (and maintaining that certification) is to be knowledgable about the research findings on the benefits of the practice. In my training, I was tasked with creating a 1-page summary table of health benefits of Forest Therapy, according to the research done on the subject so far. Now, my table is not completely comprehensive of everything out there. However, I think it provides a pretty good starting point for understanding what kind of psychological and physiological aspects have been studied in relation to Forest Threapy.
